This guide applies exclusively to Certificate-Based Authentication (CBE) setups.

Before proceeding, ensure that:

• Our team has completed the backend configuration and notified you.

• You can see the updated Authorization Endpoint and OpenID Configuration links in your integration details within the AuthN Integration Portal.

🔄 Steps to Update Links in Entra ID

Once the links are visible in your integration portal, you’ll need to update them in two places within your Entra ID tenant.

1️⃣ Update the App Registration

1. Go to the Microsoft Entra Admin Center.

2. Navigate to:

   Identity → Applications → App registrations

3. Locate and open the app you created for this integration.

4. In the left menu, select Authentication (preview).

5. Under the Redirect URIs section, update the link to match the Authorization Endpoint from your integration portal.

6. Click Save.

2️⃣ Update the E-MFA Method

1. In the Entra Admin Center, go to:

   Protection → Authentication methods

2. Find the E-MFA profile you configured earlier.

3. Open it and go to the Configure tab.

4. Locate the Discovery Endpoint field and update it to match the OpenID Configuration URL from your integration portal.

5. Click Save.
