Complete these steps to finalize Certificate-Based Enrollment (CBE)

• Receive the CSR

  • You’ll get a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) from us after we receive your CA root certificate.

• Sign the CSR with Your Public CA

  • Submit the CSR to your Public CA (e.g., DigiCert, Sectigo, Entrust).

• Generate the TLS Certificate

  • Once signed, your CA will issue a:

    • Public Certificate (.crt/.pem)

• Send Back to Us

  • Email the TLS certificate + CA Root to us.

  • We’ll configure it on our end to complete CBE setup.
