Click the Alert at the bottom More information is required to enroll for this certificate.

Under the Subject name: Type click on the drop-down and select Common name.

Enter the Email of the user as Value: (for eg: test@example.com) and click Add >

Under Alternative name: Type click on the drop-down and select User principle name.

Enter the same Email as before and click Add >

Select Apply and Okay.

Select the Template and click Enroll.
