Setup a Certification Authority in AD

Step 1

  1. Open Server Manager > Manage > Add roles and features.

  2. Click Next, select Role-based or Feature-based installation, and click Next again.

  3. Select the server you want to install the Certificate Authority on and click Next.

  4. Select the Active Directory Certification Services and click on Add features, then Next.

  5. Click Next till you reach the Select Role Services panel.

  6. Select Certificate Authority and Certificate Authority Web Enrolment, then Next.

  7. Click on Install.
