Setup User Certificates and Auto-Deployment
Step 1
Sign in to your issuing certificate authority (CA) and open Server Manager.
Select Tools > Certificate Authority.
Expand the CA name and right-click Certificate Templates > Manage.
Right-click the User template and select Duplicate Template.
