Step 2

Once the installation is complete, click on Configure Active Directory Certificate Services on the Destination Server.

  1. Click Next and select Certificate Authority and Certificate Authority Web Enrolment on the Role Services panel.

  2. Select the Setup Type of CA as Enterprise CA, then click Next.

  3. Specify the CA type to be the Root CA, then click Next.

  4. Select the option to Create a New Private Key and click Next.

  5. Once you reach the Confirmation panel, click on Configure.

  6. Once configured, close the panels.
